What stands out to you in the text?
Jesus maintains confidence and composure even as He is betrayed, arrested, and beaten. From the text, where do you think that confidence and composure came from?
What does Jesus mean when responding to the high priest in verse 63 He says, “I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven?” See Daniel 7:13-14, Hebrews 1:3

When everything seemed out of control Jesus kept his confidence in the sovereign and loving plan of God. How can we as followers of Christ hold onto God’s plan of redemption (both in His saving us and in the future reconciliation of everything to Himself) when the things in our lives or in our world seem completely out of control? Do you find this easy or challenging?
In this lenten season leading up to Good Friday in remembering the suffering and death of Jesus, how is He meeting you in the midst of your own tough moments, days, or seasons? And how is He pointing you to the hope of resurrection as well?
